Wendy actually sold 2 homes for us. She was awesome to work with and did an excellent job with our properties. Her knowledge was invaluable to us. She knew the laws, the areas in which we were listing our houses, she knew the banks and all their rules. It was a pleasure working with Wendy, as she is also very intelligent and very professional.

Wendy helped my wife and I buy our home. Being from out of state, we didn't have much time to tour houses. Wendy was very accommodating with her schedule, helping us see multiple homes on the same day. She helped us make a decision by asking the right questions and offering insight, without being overbearing. After our offer was accepted, she stayed on top of the process all the way until close, including attending the inspection and walkthrough in our absence.. I highly recommend Wendy.

Our house sold within hours of putting it on the market. Wendy was also very accommodating in showing us plenty of houses after work. She didn't pressure us into houses priced at the top of our budget, and helped us realize what we actually wanted in a house and what we would realistically be able to do/upgrade ourselves with a reasonable budget.

Wendy has helped us to buy two homes and sell one and she has truly been a life saver. Having two little babies, I didn't have a lot of time or energy to invest in the process. She listened to our priorities and concerns, showed us great homes, (even held the baby and entertained the toddler while I looked around!) asked thoughtful and pointed questions and offered savvy advice. Wendy involved me enough so that I knew I was in control of the process while not having to track and take care of every little detail. I knew that I could trust her to get us through the process and negotiate fairly on our behalf. On the rare occasion that I had a question she couldn't answer- she would say she didn't know and then come back with research in hand and a thorough answer- which I really appreciated. I will never go through a real estate transaction without her and I recommend her highly!

Wendy was amazing to work with and helped us find a great first home to buy. I had heard that realtors try to get you to buy at or above your max price and will talk up every house like it's the best. Wendy was not like that at all. She was very honest about the issues with each house and even pointed out issues we hadn't noticed. We truly felt she had our best interests in mind. She was quick to respond to our questions and was so easy-going when looking at the many houses we asked to be shown. She was very helpful in thoroughly explaining everything once the process of buying the house started which was wonderful since it was our first time. She handled any issues with the seller, and at times the loan officer, for us and was very professional. I cannot say enough good things about Wendy!

Wendy was very helpful in my quest to downsize and find a condo. I looked at several properties and there was only one that made me feel like I was at home when I entered. Shortly after looking at it and making an offer, it was taken off the market; however, Wendy's diligence and persistence in checking to see if and when that property went back on the market led to my purchase. I love my new place and if it wasn't for Wendy, I would not have gotten it.

Wendy is one of a kind. She's friendly, knowledgable and extremely responsive to her client's needs. She knew all about the area of Kettering where we wanted to relocate and got us our dream house in the Hills & Dales area.
She negotiated an excellent price; way under fair market value. The home was completely remodeled and had warranties on all the brand new windows and roofing.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who wants a positive experience in real estate.

Wendy Klawon was professional and courteous at all times . Since we were residing out state before our house was placed on the market . Wendy was very helpful in overseeing the necessary corrections after the inspector listed all needed corrections to the house in his inspection report. Wendy had meetings with contractors and inspector. Wendy informed of all offers by perspective buyers , documents that required signatures , contractors and inspection reports. Our house sold six months after being placed on the market. We appreciated all of Wendy's hard work during this process.

Wendy was awesome and I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. She worked hard to sell our house in less than 10 days after listing and we sold the house for more than we expected. We purchased a house via short sale. Wendy was great! The selling bank that owned the house made the whole process a nightmare. It took six months for the selling bank to take our offer. There were many ups and downs through the whole process. Wendy guidance through the whole process made all of the difference in the world. She was able to help us make difficult decisions as well as refer experts to us to give us advise on the condition of different aspects of the house. She was very responsive and showed us many houses with very little notice. Overall, she made the entire experience as good as it gets. We will definitely be using her again for future real estate deals!

Wendy made the process of purchasing a home as painless as possible. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but she was patient with me, helping to narrow down my search and giving experienced advice. She was quick to respond to my questions by email, text, or phone and was able to accommodate my schedule to view houses in the evenings or weekends. She really went above and beyond what I would have expected.
